Leitz/Leica Thalia 65
The Leitz THALIA 65 lenses, based on the sublime Leica S medium format lenses, are designed to capture people above all else. The way THALIA 65 lenses render faces evokes the iconic portraiture that medium format is known for — warm skin tone rendering, a gradual falloff of contrast and resolution toward the edges, and a smooth, beautiful bokeh from a circular iris maintained at all aperture stops. An image circle covering up to ARRI ALEXA 65 and 65mm film, with 11 focal lengths from 20mm to 180mm including three 1:2 macro lenses (24mm, 55mm, 120mm). The T-90mm is based on an optical design of the 1935 Leica Thambar lens, delivering a dreamy softness for portraiture. PL and LPL mounts with /i metadata contacts.
