  Location: Here East, Stratford, London, UK

  We are seeking a proactive, people-focused Client Contact to join our growing team at Hawk London.   Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Drive new business through existing contacts and proactive engagement with DPs, Producers, and Directors, with a focus on the commercials sector
  • Coordinate equipment bookings, ensuring availability and timely delivery for clients’ projects
  • Liaise with internal operations and technical teams to ensure equipment is properly prepared, maintained, and dispatched
  • Keep accurate records of client communications, bookings, and invoicing in our rental management system
  • Identify and resolve booking conflicts or equipment shortages, keeping clients and colleagues well-informed
  • Support the General Manager with equipment sourcing and Capex requirements
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to advise and support clients
  • Represent Hawk London at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, including occasional travel outside the UK
  • Organise and conduct client visits to nurture relationships, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities

  What We’re Looking For

  We value transferable skills and a willingness to learn just as highly as direct experience. You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in account management, bookings, sales, or customer-facing roles – ideally within film, TV, or a related creative industry, though we encourage applications from adjacent industries too
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
  • A problem-solving mindset with a genuine commitment to excellent customer service

  • An interest in or familiarity with film production equipment, particularly cameras and lenses –  formal training is not required, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and booking systems, with the ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for events and client meetings

  Nice to Have (but not essential)

  • Five or more years in equipment rental, film production, or a closely related field
  • Hands-on knowledge of cinema cameras, lenses, and related kit
  • Experience with rental management software
