• LONDON - Creative Marketing & SM Coordinator

  Job Description

  The successful candidate will play a central role in creating and driving Hawk London’s visual identity across all platforms. You will be responsible for producing high-quality photography and video content that showcases our work, facilities, equipment, and client projects, alongside developing and delivering compelling digital campaigns. From behind-the-scenes photography to promotional films and social-first content, you will be expected to capture and create striking imagery that supports Hawk London’s growth and brand presence.

  You should have strong technical skills in both photography and videography, with the ability to shoot, edit, and deliver professional content, while also contributing to wider marketing activities such as campaign planning, copywriting, and digital reporting. A self-starter mindset is essential, with the ability to take initiative and bring creative ideas to life.

  The role is based at Hawk London, Here East, with opportunities to cover major industry events in the UK and abroad. Some out-of-hours work will be required.

  Responsibilities include:

  Photography & Video Content Creation:

  • Capture high-quality photography and video of Hawk London facilities, equipment, people, and events.

  • Produce case study videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional films.

  • Manage all aspects of shoots including planning, lighting, shooting, and post-production.

  • Deliver edited assets for social media, website, presentations, and client communications.

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.

   

  Digital Marketing:

  • Manage all social media channels with a focus on visual storytelling, including content creation, publishing, maintenance, and tracking.

  • Develop digital campaigns integrating strong photo and video assets.

  • Track and analyse performance across platforms (web, email, social, online advertising).

  • Monitor and optimise Google Adwords and SEO campaigns.

  • Provide regular reporting to management on performance and engagement.

   

  Marketing Communications:

  • Plan and support marketing communications with a strong emphasis on visual content.

  • Create and update sales kits, brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.

  • Write and proofread copy for websites, newsletters, and social media in line with brand tone.

  • Produce internal newsletters and stories with accompanying visuals.

   

  Events & Brand Support:

  • Photograph and film events, expos, and client activations for promotional use.

  • Assist with event organisation, branding, set-up, and budgeting.

  • Work with clients and productions to secure trailers and behind-the-scenes content for Hawk channels.

   

  Other Responsibilities:

  • Gain a working understanding of each department at Hawk London (Camera Prep, Bookings, Lens Technology).

  • Collaborate with clients, crews, and in-house teams to create authentic, engaging media.

  • Contribute ideas and direction for future campaigns and creative initiatives.
